Based on patient requests, we are expanding our services in the treatment of varicose veins. With this premium approach, we offer the possibility of a comprehensive examination and procedure on the same day during one visit, covering the following:
The procedure is performed under local anesthesia, possibly with analgesosedation (for procedures on both limbs simultaneously). The procedure itself lasts up to one hour, and you can leave with an escort 30 to 120 minutes after the procedure.
If surgery is not indicated, we will immediately perform foam sclerotherapy if needed and issue class II compression stockings.
At our clinic, we specialize in modern endovenous methods—laser or Clarivein—which are performed under local anesthesia, possibly with analgesosedation (pain relief and calming medication). We do not use general anesthesia.
Before the procedure, we require a signed informed consent. The Informed Consent form is available for you to download in the left part of this section, along with practical advice for patients "before and after the procedure."
After the procedure, you will need to wear compression stockings for three weeks, including at night for the first three days. We will issue you class II compression stockings based on measuring the circumference of your limb (if you do not already have your own).
If you are taking blood-thinning medications, you do not need to discontinue them. However, the INR value should not exceed 3, which must be documented with test results taken two days before the surgery.
Selected method | One limb | Both limbs simultaneously |
Laser | 27 000,- Kč | 32 000,- Kč |
Clarivein | 32 000,- Kč | 37 000,- Kč |
Foam sclerotherapy | 8 000,- Kč |
This premium approach does not apply to the treatment of small veins (spider veins), which is performed using liquid sclerotherapy or radiofrequency treatment in the outpatient clinic by prior appointment.
The prices listed for each method are valid for the standard procedure (comprehensive examination and subsequent scheduling for surgery at the next available date).
