The orthopedic clinic is available during office hours only by prior appointment. Care is provided by physicians with orthopedic specialization during the office hours of the outpatient department and focuses on:

• Examination and treatment of congenital and acquired defects of the musculoskeletal system
• Post-traumatic conditions, degenerative diseases - e.g., arthritis (for patients with advanced degenerative diseases, we indicate and arrange for hip and knee joint replacements (total joint prostheses) at Hořovice Hospital)
• Ultrasound examinations of the hips in infants.

The range of treatment in outpatient orthopedics includes all available modern methods—from the use of pharmacotherapy to intra-articular injections and the application of orthopedic aids.
